Elsewhere in San Jose, Archon Group selected TCC to manage Silicon Valley 701, its eight-building, 367,388-sf R&D/Office property at the intersection of North First Street, Zanker, Plumeria and Daggett. The Martin Group formerly managed the property.

Up in the East Bay, Aegis Realty Partners tapped TCC to manage an historical building in downtown Oakland. Renovations on the 8-story terra-cotta structure have just been completed. Prominent architect Charles W. Dickey designed the 40,000 sf building for PGE. It has three tenants – Tom Sawyer Software Corporation, Ketchum Inc. and Turner Construction Company.

Finally, TCC was hired to manage a 79,147 sf office building in San Ramon that is owned by Maier & Seibel, a local real estate investment management company. Prentiss Properties formerly managed the building, according to Stephens. The Bank of Walnut Creek is the main primary tenant in the building, which currently has 16 tenants. Property Managers Myra Wright and Meerta Siggins are on point for the property.
