AMB Properties Corp. Promotes, Adds Six To Its San Francisco Office

SAN FRANCISCO-AMB Properties promotes five of its current workers to various vice president positions and adds to its roster Nancy Hemmenway, formerly with Northpoint Communications.

SAN FRANCISCO-AMB Properties Corp. has promoted five of its workers to vice president positions and has recruited one to its senior management team. Tyler Higgins was promoted to senior vice president, transactions, this week. Higgins joined the San Francisco-based company in 1990 and has since played a significant role in building AMB’s San Francisco Bay Area and Texas properties portfolio through acquisitions.

William Marino, formerly vice president of transactions for the real estate company who specialized in property acquisitions in Southern California, was promoted to senior vice president, development. Marino joined the company in 1994.

John Rossi – who joined the company in 1992 – was advanced to senior vice president, operations. Until his promotion this month, Rossi was responsible for operations of AMB’s large industrial property portfolio in the San Francisco Bay Area.
