The collection of metro properties, close to 90% occupied, comprises office buildings, a park with office and service buildings and a retail community center. The 302,082-sf Northlake Tower Festival Shopping Center in Tucker, GA, in the northeast quadrant of the metro area, is 97% occupied. The 18 office buildings contain 557,260 sf.
Four of the properties, including Avalon Center Office Park, Avalon Ridge, Peachtree Pointe Office Park and Technology Park are in the Norcross area, also in the northeast quadrant in Gwinnett County. Denholtz has not indicated whether or not it will hold onto all or part of the Atlanta portfolio.l Banyan's holdings include 27 properties with a total 3.5 million sf of space located in the Southeast and the Midwest.
