Employers Reinsurance Corp. Reorganizes Its Operations

OVERLAND PARK, KN-The reinsurance company restructures into four separate entities: Western Hemisphere property and casualty, Europe and Asia property and casualty reinsurance, commercial operations and global health and life reinsurance.

OVERLAND PARK, KN-Employers Reinsurance Corp. has reorganized its business operations into four groups. Four executives were named presidents and chief executive officers of the new divisions.

ERC P & C Reinsurance Americas, a group that includes the company’s Western Hemisphere property and casualty insurance business, will be led by Rick Smith, chief executive officer of GE Fleet Services. P & C Reinsurance Europe and Asia will be led by Bob Delinger, president of GE Frankona. ERC Global Life & Health Reinsurance, will be led by John Tiller, president of ERC North American Life. ERC Commercial Operations will be led by Louis Parker, who has held various positions within the company.
