W&M represented the building owner (the Malkin family) in the lease negotiations. The tenant represented itself in the 4,104 sf deal. W&M Construction will build out the new space for the new tenant at the 12-story, 220,000-sf office building.
Based in San Diego, Community Care Network is an independent subsidiary of the Healthcare Company and is the nation's largest preferred-provider managed care system. The company has 40 offices nationwide that employ approximately 1,500 people.
