Princeton Athletic Club Changes Ownership, Name, Affiliates with Nautilus

PORTLAND-The Princeton Athletic Club in the basement of the well-known Governor Hotel here is changing hands and becoming affiliated with Nautilus. Using a Salem, OR-based LLC, new owners Jeff Turner, Greg Diamond and Myron Nelson are assuming the 19,000-sf lease from former owners Lee Morris and Jeff Marlow sometime last week.

There is a couple of years left on the existing lease, after which the new owners are exercising a 10-year extension, says Bruce Hraba of San Mateo-based Waterford Hotels and Inns Inc., which manages the building on behalf of Governor Hotel Associates, the building owner.
