Wayne, a licensed sales associate since 1985, earned his GRI designation in 1989. A member of SKCAR's board of directors, Wayne serves on numerous committees involved in governmental, member and community services. He is also a past VP of Governmental and Public Affairs for the organization.

Membership of SKCAR includes approximately 4,700 real estate licensees and more than 100 industry-related businesses. The Kirkland-based association is a local affiliate of The National Association of Realtors, which encompasses nearly 760,000 commercial and residential members nationwide.
