Wright Runstad's existing principals include chairman and CEO Jon Runstad, president Jon Nordby, executive VP and CFO Walter Ingram, and vice chairman Douglas Norberg. The company presently has a work force of approximately 200, with offices in Seattle, Bellevue, Portland, Boise and Anchorage.

The company has three development projects in progress: the Amazon.com North Building (a 220,000-sf expansion of the Internet giants headquarters on Beacon Hill); Dearborn @ 5/90, a 495,000-sf campus at the intersection of Interstates 5 and 90), and a 778,000-sf office building in Southport). Groundbreaking ceremonies for all three projects are scheduled throughout 2001.

Recently completed Seattle area projects include the Key Center in Bellevue, Sunset North on the Interstate 90 corridor, World Trade Centers East, West and North, and the King Street Center. As well as developing properties, Wright Runstad, was listed in 2000 as the second-largest commercial property manager in Puget Sound, with 9.1 million sf under management here.
