Wright Runstad & Co. Adds Fifth Principal

SEATTLE, WA-Fresh off six years as a VP of a Singapore-government owned real estate investment company, Gregory Johnson is becoming the locally based development and management company's fifth partner on April 1.

SEATTLE, WA-Developer and property manager Wright Runstad & Co. is bringing a fifth partner on board. For the past six years, Gregory Johnson has served as senior vice president of GIC Real Estate Inc., the government of Singapore’s global real estate investment company. Having managed major office projects, he also brings development experience to his new position. Johnson and his family are relocating to Seattle from San Francisco, and will join the Seattle-based company on April 1.

Wright Runstad’s existing principals include chairman and CEO Jon Runstad, president Jon Nordby, executive VP and CFO Walter Ingram, and vice chairman Douglas Norberg. The company presently has a work force of approximately 200, with offices in Seattle, Bellevue, Portland, Boise and Anchorage.
