The property, with a total of 28,100 sf, was built in 1980 and was owned by Seattle-based Broadway Tenants in Common. Paul Sleeth Colliers International, who handled both sides of the transaction, did not disclose the names of the partners in Broadway Tenants, though one is said to be local and another from Minnesota, and the name of the buyer group also is not known. Sources say Broadway Tenants owns several other properties in the Seattle area.
