George Gagos purchased the Mountain Vista Commercial Center, a 133,600-sf office and industrial project at 14647 S. 50th St. The project is adjacent to Interstate 10, in near Ahwatukee Foothills, a vast residential community on the Valley's southern edge. The newly built project is full leased.
Iowa-based Principal Development Investors sold the project.
The Phoenix office of Grubb & Ellis, including brokers Stan Shafer, Paul Boyle and Mike Haenel, negotiated the sale on behalf of the buyer, and the Phoenix office of CB Richard Ellis, with brokers Glenn Smigiel, Joe Porter, Pat Feeney and Dan Calihan, represented the seller.
