DiMucci development director Tom Poole tells GlobeSt.com all units should be sold out by summer at prices starting at $199,000. At that time, the developer plans to break ground on two more high-rise condo projects in this oceanfront community 60 miles northeast of Downtown Orlando.

DiMucci has built and sold 600 units in 10 buildings at an estimated build-out value of $180 million in Daytona Beach Shores and neighboring Ponce Inlet, FL since 1991.
