BRAINTREE, MA-Braintree Executive Park Trust LLC, an investment group led by the Grossman Cos. Inc., has purchased Braintree Executive Park here. The two buildings were bought from Maine-based UNUM/Provident Insurance Co. for $19.7 million or $159 per sf.

The Grossman Cos. built the buildings 14 and 12 years ago. They are located at 100 and 150 Grossman Dr., 15 minutes from the city near an MBTA station. The four-story buildings are 62,000 sf each and are nearly fully leased. Tenants include companies such as Charles Schwab, Quadgraphics, GE Mortgage, Tremont Credit Union and Square D Corp.
