The Grossman Cos. built the buildings 14 and 12 years ago. They are located at 100 and 150 Grossman Dr., 15 minutes from the city near an MBTA station. The four-story buildings are 62,000 sf each and are nearly fully leased. Tenants include companies such as Charles Schwab, Quadgraphics, GE Mortgage, Tremont Credit Union and Square D Corp.
The Grossman Companies was founded over 100 years ago as a buildings material business and operated a lumberyard and outlet store here. Today, the Quincy-based commercial real estate management and development firm owns and manages office, retail, industrial and residential properties in the Southern New England area.
