HENDERSON, NC-The three-story, 67-room inn, built at an estimated construction cost of $10 million, is the Atlanta-based company's 14th location in North Carolina. The property is 160 miles northeast of Downtown Charlotte.

The hotel is the company's 14th location in North Carolina. Jameson Inns Inc. is a REIT that develops and owns the Jameson Inn and Signature Inn brands. The inns are colonial style, limited service hotel properties in the Southeast. Signature Inns are limited service hotel properties primarily in the Midwest.
