Lincoln National Life Enters One O'Hare Plaza, Qwest Communications Renews

CHICAGO-The insurance company takes 22,508 sf at the Class A office building owned and managed by Prentiss Properties while Qwest renews a lease on nearly 20,000 sf it occupies in the complex along the Kennedy Expressway.

CHICAGO-Lincoln National Life will take 22,508 sf at One O’Hare Plaza at 8755 W. Higgins Road in Chicago after signing a five-year lease with Dallas-based Prentiss Properties. The 11-story building is in a five-building complex next to the Kennedy Expressway on the city’s far Northwest Side, less than three miles from O’Hare International Airport.

Also at One O’Hare Plaza, tenant Qwest Communications renewed their lease for five years on 19,643 sf in the Class A office building that Prentiss Properties owns and manages.
