The building will hold 20,000-sf of retail, 20,000-sf of office space with the balance being condominiums. Financing issues recently halted construction on the project but the company hopes to have development back on track within a couple weeks.

Signature officials said the office space will be leased at $23.50 per sf, utilities not included. A national stock brokerage, local attorneys, Starbucks and bread companiesare among the interested tenants.
