The 1.2 million-square-foot site will house a 222-room hotel and spa, 176 luxury condominiums, 84 condo units and 200,000 sf of class A office space.

"Brickell Avenue is the ideal location for such a unique property," Ralph Gonzalez-Jacobo, Ocean Bank Senior vice president, says in a prepared statement. "It will appeal to business leaders from around the world that have offices here in Miami and are looking for the ultimate service in their living environment."

The project is one of two that combines the strength of Millennium Partners with Terremark. Besides the Four Seasons project, the two are working as co-developers on Brickell Village, an 11-acre project in Miami's central-business district. That venture envisions the eventual development of two million sf of residential and office, and about 900,000 sf of retail-entertainment space.

The Miami projects are included in about $3 billion in mix-used developments that Millennium Partners is building in Boston, San Francisco, Washington D.C., Atlanta and New York.
