New Irwindale Project Lands Another Tenant

LOS ANGELES-Technology-related manufacturer signs $2-million lease at Irwindale Business Center and will relocate there from Baldwin Park.

Mace Group Inc., a computer apparatus manufacturer, will take 73,085 sf in Building 13 of the complex. The 202,500-sf structure is nearing completion and stands at 15861 Tapia St. Mace Group will move from its current headquarters to the new location from Baldwin Park.

Bennett Nelson from Nelson Industrial Properties represented Mace. Thelandlord, Dallas-based real estate giant Crow Family Holdings, wasrepresented by Phil Lombardo and Kirt Boultinghouse of Trammel Crow Co.<
