Humana Health Plan of Texas has signed a 10-year lease for 38,185 sf at Barton Skyway III, located at 1501 S. Mopac Blvd. Prentiss also has sealed leases with Vignette Corp., totaling 161,395 sf, for terms between seven and 10 years at Barton Skyway II and IV.

The Humana and Vignette leases bring the Barton Skyway III and IV developments up to 69% leased. Barton Skyway III is expected to be completed by spring. Barton Skyway IV is scheduled for completion by fall. Prentiss has interest in 180 properties, consisting of about 18.5 million net rentable sf and five projects under construction that total 645,000 sf.
