Amber Chase is located in Henry County, one of the fastest growing sections of Atlanta.The apartment community is the sixth addition to Showtaw & Garrard's SG Master Fund, which has reached $100 million and is now closed. It was originally capped at $25 million.
The fund includes two apartment communities in metro Atlanta, one in Savannah, GA and one each in Melbourne, FL, Columbia, SC and Memphis, TN.
