The transaction brings the total to 31 companies that have recently signed leases for more than 165,000 sf of industrial space in the center, a 228,381-sf industrial/R&D complex with nine buildings in a campus-like setting.
The project, which offers space from under 2,000 sf to 75,000 sf, caters to companies ranging from light manufacturing or research and development to entrepreneurial startup. It's the first private property in Vista to have fiber-optic capability and has experienced a surge of leasing activity since construction, according to brokers handling the deal.
The project opened in March 1999 and is now 73% occupied. Barry Hendler, Mike Erwin and Karen Fuller of BRE Commercial/NAI represented the owners, REEFF/Judd Partners.
