Cardinal Signs First Lease for Flagship Corporate Center in Eden Prairie

EDEN PRAIRIE, MN-Opus Northwest has its first tenant for its 138,000-sf office building set to open in June near Prairie Center Drive and Highway 5. Cardinal makes glass for residential windows.

EDEN PRAIRIE, MN-Cardinal IG has signed a 12,000-sf lease at Flagship Corporate Center in Eden Prairie, a new Class A office building being built by Minneapolis-based OpusNorthwest. Cardinal, which makes glass for residential windows, is the first to sign a lease at the 138,000-sf office complex going up near Prairie Center Drive and Highway 5, according to Opus.

Maria Maughn of CB Richard Ellis represented Cardinal in the deal. The new center is expected to be completed in June.
