The spec project will comprise four 250,000-sf buildings and will target larger users needing 30-foot ceilings and multiple docking bays. Kevin Hall, research analyst at Karnes Research Co., thinks Childress Klein will be participating in a market desperate for space near the airport and highway links. The southwest submarket is currently the strongest of six industrial markets studied by Karnes.
