Strait is a 22-year veteran of commercial real estate. He previously had worked for 12 years at Transwestern, handling such high-profile properties as Allen Center, Post Oak Central and San Felipe Plaza. Prior to that, he had been president of the Horne Co. US. He is responsible for closing leases totaling approximately 5 million sf and has a career sales record in excess of $750 million.
