The annual 2001 Tarrant County Real Estate Forecast kicks off at 7:30 a.m. and is highlighted by market reviews from Ben Loughry, managing partner for DFW Integra Realty Resources; and Mark Dotzour, Texas A&M economist. NIA/Stoneleigh Huff Brous McDowell's team will deliver forecasts for retail, office and industrial. Nick Ibarra, senior vice president, will discuss retail while Kyle Poulson, vice president of the office, will speak about her specialty and Walter Floyd, senior vice president, will handle the industrial overview.

An economic development overview will be given by Reid Rector, executive vice president of Economic Development for the Ft. Worth Chamber of Commerce. Closing the morning session will be Mike Palmer and Tim Loudemilk of Texas Capital Bank.

The annual breakfast meeting is being held at the Botanic Garden Auditorium, 3220 Botanic Garden Blvd. in Ft. Worth. Alamo Title, the Ft. Worth Chamber, Integra, NAI/Stoneleigh Huff Brous McDowell, Texas Capital Bank and Weaver & Tidwell LP are sponsoring the event.
