The largest lease has been signed by Arc of Texas for 7,000 sf of office space at 1600 W. 38th St. Jeff Henley of the Kucera Co. has handled the transaction. Cox Texas Publications Inc. has inked the second-largest lease, taking 6,000 sf of office space at 2101 Clovis Barker Dr. Jan Estlow of the Kucera Co. has handled the deal.

Six more transactions for office space, handled by Jeff Henley of the Kucera Co., include TXU Communication Ventures Co., for 3,815 sf at 9015 Mountain Ridge Blvd.; Bounds, Chatelain & Pharr PC, 3,420 sf at 3307 Northland Dr.; Commerce Mortgage Co., 2,707 sf at 9111 Jollyville Rd.; IMS Management Services Inc., 1,861 sf at 3301 Northland Dr.; Bounds; McKinney, Ewing & Associates Inc., 1,623 sf at 3307 Northland Dr.; and Jack Evans & Associates Inc., 1,443 sf at 5806 Mesa Dr.; Bounds.

Five additional leases for office space, handled by Steve McMillon of the Kucera Co., include Caleb Technologies Corp. for 1,747 sf at 9130 Jollyville Rd.; Verplex Systems Inc., 1,387 sf at 5000 Plaza on the Lake Drive; Amherst Securities Group Inc., 1,218 sf at 515 Capital of Texas Highway; and Guiltless Gourmet Inc., 1,110 sf at 9130 Jollyville Rd.
