Commerce One is planning four six-story, 190,000-sf buildings. Construction would take place in three phases, with each building totaling about 190,000 sf. The company currently subleases the majority of a building at 4410 Rosewood Dr. from PeopleSoft in the CarrAmerica Corporate Center in Pleasanton. The company plans to move some 1,500 employees to the new facility. Meantime, it is said to be planning to expand its South Bay operations by adding at least 20,000-sf of space.
