The building stands at 5900 Sepulveda Blvd. It was acquired by privately held Platinum Associates, a group based in Beverly Hills.
The property was sold by Kennedy-Wilson International, the fast-growing real estate services firm that also is based in Beverly Hills. Kennedy-Wilson was represented in-house by Marc Heenan and Mary Ricks. Platinum Associates was represented by Phil Seymour of Elite Properties Realty.
