HRC Signs $30-Mil Expansion Lease

TORRANCE, CA-Torrance-based social services organization has signed a renewal lease to occupy two buildings in the Del Amo Business Plaza.

TORRANCE, CA-A local social services organization has inked a $30-million deal to expand and renew its current lease at the Del Amo Business Plaza in Torrance.

Located at 21231 Hawthorne Blvd., the complex has housed Harbor Regional Center, an organization that works with developmentally disabled individuals, since 1981. An original tenant of the business plaza, HRC has periodically expanded its lease to accommodate its growth during the past 20 years. The most recent renewal, which is being signed two years prior to its scheduled expiration, allows HRC to lease two of Del Amo’s three buildings, with an option on the third.
