The new office will provide title guaranty, escrow and closing services for buyers and sellers or residential and commercial property in the Dominican Republic. The new company is located in the city of Santo Domingo at Calle Jacinto I. Manon, No. 48, Edificio V&M, Piso 4. This is a joint venture between Stewart Latin America, Luis Heredia Valenzuela of Russin, Vecchi & Heredia Bonetti and attorney Pablo Dardet.

Charles Craig, manager for the Central American and Caribbean division of Stewart International says that Stewart is now poised to provide complete services for real estate transactions throughout the Caribbean region.

Stewart International currently provides title guarantees in Argentina, Belize, Canada, Costa Rica, Czech Republic, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Hungary, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Mexico, Panama, Poland, St. Lucia, Trinidad, Tobago, the Turks and Caicos.
