According to information released by Bognet, the project, which was completed in multiple phases during off-hours, included new conference facilities, reconfigured office layout, new computer labs, new reception area and a renovated elevator lobby. Electrical service expansion and new mechanical rooftop equipment to accommodate the increased load placed on the building was also part of the package. Jim Bognet could not be reached by deadline for further comments.
In business since 1969, Bognet Construction Associates Inc. started its local operation in 1998. The firm has completed more than 500,000 sf of new base building, as well as 3 million sf of tenant fit projects during the past five years.
