Broker Does Three Cash Deals for $2.2 Mil

ORLANDO-Daryl M. Carter, president of Maury Carter & Associates Inc. here, wears several corporate hats daily as he completes his broker, trustee and management assignments. This week Carter participated in three all-cash commercial deals totaling 37 acres valued at $2.22 million.

As trustee of Carter-Howland Boulevard Land Trust, Carter purchased 11.33 acres from Bernard and Mary Caplan for $353,116 or $31,166 per acre (72 cents per sf). The property is on Catalina Boulevard, just south of Howland Boulevard in Deltona, FL, 35 miles north of Downtown Orlando. Also on Howland Boulevard, Carter bought a 25.2-acre parcel for $1.26 million or $50,520 per acre ($1.16 per sf).
