The park, being developed by Whitley & Co., will offer 38 buildable tracts at $80,000 to $250,000 per acre ($1.84 per sf to $5.74 per sf) and will contain 1.1 million sf at build-out. Local architect Carlos Moore is a principal in the venture. Besides racing-related space, the park will have office, light manufacturing and retail.

The land for the park was assembled and purchased from the Wade Taylor and Goodman families of Cabarrus County for an undisclosed price.
