The property is located southeast of the city, between two major industrial markets, Stone Mountain and the Atlanta Airport area. Two of the buildings are occupied by Coast RV and AllSouth Warehouse. The companies have four to five years on their leases.
MCN Enterprises is moving its logistics operations into the third structure, a 157,000-sf building that had been vacant. Bill Kee, senior vice president of Trammell Crow Co., represented the seller. Rusty Epperson of Wilson, Hull & Neal, negotiated for the buyer.
