The building, which will have 39,000 sf of Class A office space, is 15 minutes from Boston, near Braintree Five Corners and South Shore Plaza. Lease rates will be $29.75 per sf, which, J.P. Plunkett, a director at Cushman & Wakefield and the broker for the building, tells GlobeSt.com is the "going rate for the area."

Peabody Construction will be the lead tenant in the building taking 19,500 sf of space, nearly half the building. According to Plunkett, the building is a traditional office building and will be marketed to a number of different industries. The construction company will be the contractor for the site. The project's completion is expected by this summer.
