An existing customer of Invata International, which Corrigo recently acquired, Spieker Properties is transitioning from Invata's SamTrak product to Corrigo's more technologically advanced ASP application called CorrigoNet. CorrigoNet will streamline the service delivery function by enabling Spieker's tenants to log onto the Internet or phone in to place service calls and obtain detailed status updates about their requests.
The product also enables Spieker management and customer service staff to receive real-time information concerning staff productivity and responsiveness, tenant satisfaction and inventory. Executives can utilize the service to gauge property performance on a single property to its entire 40-million-sfportfolio, according to Corrigo.
