Armada/Logerquist Co. president and director Eric Wagner tells GlobeSt the allocation between office space and data storage will be determined by interest. Additionally, he says the ground-floor retail will include a restaurant, and that the penthouses are expected to fetch over $3 million apiece.
Special infrastructure will be built into the tower to accommodate the needs of data center operations, including backup power generators, HVAC, fiber optics and an enormous power supply.
