An 18-story, 414,000-sf class A office tower in Reston Town Center, the building is situated off the Reston, VA Parkway. It is located in a planned community featuring first-class office space, specialty retail, dining and hotel facilities. Tenants are Accenture, Cooley Godward, Hale & Dorr, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley and Regus International. It is a joint venture with Terrabrook, a planned community developer. Smith Group is the architectural firm, and Centex Construction is the general contractor.
At its annual award presentation, NAIOP cited the office building for its signature design and outstanding tenant base. It also won an Award of Merit by the Northern Virginia Chapter of the American Institute of Architects for its multi-story parking facility. Finally, the Metro Washington and Virginia chapters of Associated Builders and Contractors selected the site as the best commercial project over $40 million.
