Boyd Page has signed the Marble & Tile Collection to 7,358 sf at 1285 N. Post Oak in Houston. Alexander Reilly of Boyd Page has represented Marble & Tile. The property is being leased from ProLogis Trust, which used in-house broker, Drew Beeson to finalize the deal.
Boyd Page's Jim Smith Jr. and Nick Hernandez have secured a new tenant, Therapy & Wellness Center, for Post Uptown LLC's Post Midtown Square at the southwest corner of Bagby and Gray. The tenant is taking 945 sf.
Smith also has represented property owner, Sage Point Ltd., in the leasing of a 1,040 sf of space in the Sage Point Shopping Center, located at 12132 Sabo Rd., Houston. Pearland Hometown Travel Inc. is the new tenant.
Leslie's Pool Supplies has leased 3,471 sf in the Northwest Freeway Shopping Center at the southwest corner of US 290 and West 43rd. Boyd Page's W. Loch Cook has represented the tenant in the negotiations with property owner, Jim R. Smith & Co.
