Arce's most recent gig was senior vice president of investment management for Wilson Cornerstone Properties, responsible for the company's 7 million sf of West Coast class A office space. Arce joined Wilson in 1988 and opted for an early retirement early last year.

Arce will work closely with C&W's Northern California management team of Joe Cook, Fred Beaubien and Rick Ingwers. Arce responsibilities will include management of the company's 9-million-sf portfolio of Northern California properties.

Before joining Wilson, Arce was regional manager for the RREEF Funds, where he was responsible for the management of its Northern California portfolio of more than 5 million sf of office, industrial and retail properties.

Arce is also the founder of Berkeley Real Estate Associates, a member of the ICSC and IREM, as well as ULI and the Guardsmen. In addition, Arce is also on the board of directors of the San Francisco Chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association.
