Houston-based J. Ray McDermott Inc., an offshore oil and natural gas operation, is the new tenant for the premier office space, positioned in the two-building project owned by The Brookdale Group LLC, a privately held commercial real estate firm based in Atlanta. Gregory P. Shaw, an Insignia/ESG Inc. broker, has represented The Brookdale Group while Tim D. Relyea of Cushman Realty Corp. has acted on McDermott's behalf. Eldridge Two had been developed for Browning Ferris Industries, which had been bought in July 1999 by Allied Waste of Scottsdale, AZ.
