The expansion of the center on Craven Road is still on the drawing board. Kaiser officials pitched the plans yesterday to the San Marcos Economic Development Corp. board of directors. Kaiser has about 20 physicians at the San Marcos center now and the expansion could bring the number to about 120.

The expansion would add internal medicine, cardiology, gastroenterology, hematology-oncology, orthopedics, radiology and general surgery services and a nursing clinic.
