Marcus Corp. Declares Regular Quarterly Dividends

CHICAGO-The Milwaukee-based company operates theaters in Addison, Elgin, Gurnee, Chicago Heights and Orland Park as well as Baymont Inns & Suites in Alsip, Elgin, Glenview, Gurnee, Hoffman Estates, Matteson, Tinley Park and Willowbrook.

CHICAGO-The Milwaukee-based Marcus Corp., which has theater and hotel holdings in the suburbs here, has declared its regularly quarterly dividend of $0.055 per share payable Feb. 15 to shareholders of record as of Jan. 25. A $0.05 per share dividend also was declared for the company’s Class B common stock, which is not publicly traded.

Marcus Corp.’s 482 movie screens nationwide include those at the Addison Cinemas & IMAX, Elgin Fox Theatres, Gurnee Cinemas, Marcus Cinema Chicago Heights, and Orland Park Marcus Theaters. The company’s 175 Baymont Inns & Suites include locations in Alsip, Elgin, Glenview, Gurnee, Hoffman Estates, Matteson, Tinley Park and Willowbrook, as well as Rockford. The company’s Woodfield Suites include one in Deerfield.
