Miromar Mixed-Use Venture Going Digital in Bonita Springs with Integrated Homes

BOCA RATON, FL-The provider of bundled multimedia services signs letter of intent to install the latest technology into the Southwest Florida master-planned community 105 miles northwest of Downtown Miami.

BOCA RATON, FL-Miromar Development Corp. has contracted with Integrated Homes Inc. to install enhanced multimedia services in the Miromar Lakes master-planned community near Naples, FL in Southwest Florida, 105 miles northwest of Downtown Miami. The contract’s value wasn’t disclosed.

Integrated Homes will develop a low-voltage fiber-optic wiring system that will provide customized home electronics services to an estimated 2,432 homes in the Bonita Springs community. As part of the planned services, Integrated expects to offer residents in the community DVD-quality cable television services, ultra high-speed Internet access and a community intranet.
