Costa Mesa-based Paine/PR will occupy the entire seventh floor of the building, which stands at 660 S. Figueroa St. The firm will be relocating its Beverly Hills office to Downtown, in order to be closer to its Orange County headquarters. Paine/PR's clients include Procter and Gamble, Levi Strauss & Co. and Blockbuster Entertainment.

William Atha of Grubb & Ellis represented the tenant. The building owner, Mani Brothers Real Estate Investment, was represented in-house by Gregory Camacho.
