Earlier this week, real estate veteran Reid Teaney moved from Highwoods Properties Inc. to Cohen-Esrey Real Estate Services Inc.
Wally will set up a local division within the Dallas-based company that will assist clients in finding space. Trammell Crow has primarily built, owned and managed office buildings, so this venture will be a new direction for Wally and the company. His team now focuses on the tenant, rather than the landlord.
Wally began his career with Jones & Co. Realtors in 1981. During his early career, he leased office space in Corporate Woods, one of Kansas City's largest office parks located in Overland Park, KN.
