Apartments are one- and two-bedroom units. Landy hired Hamilton Anderson Associates Inc. of Detroit to handle the restoration. The owner is not disclosing the cost of the renovation, said a Hamilton official.

Woodward Avenue is the site of many new housing developments, mostly apartment and condominium units, many situated around the new Comerica Park and theater district.
