GMS Realty Pays $8.7 Mil for Shopping Plaza

LOS ANGELES-GMS Realty has purchased a 67,000-sf shopping plaza in San Fernando.

LOS ANGELES-A privately held real estate company has acquired the San Fernando Mission Plaza for $8.7 million. The 67,000-sf shopping plaza is anchored byValue Plus Food Warehouse.

GMS was represented by Terry Moss of Commercial Realty Group Inc.’s Seattleoffice. Jeff Vitek of CB Richard Ellis’ San Diego office represented theseller, the Manhattan Beach-based REIT Center Trust Inc.
