The buyer was Encin Real Estate Corp. The seller of the property was 2515 CDRS Associates LLC, and it is managed by 2515 CDRS Management LLC.

The building, located at 2515 Camino del Rio South, was built in 1976 and renovated in 1999. The building is currently 95% leased to 37 tenants.

Tim Winslow and Richard Gonor of BRE Commercial/NAI, who have been involved in about $32 million real estate sale transactions in the Mission Valley area during the past five months, represented the seller in this transaction.
